In my years specializing in Trauma informed therapy, Psychodrama/Role Play, and Self Compassion, I have worked with hundreds of people and couples with many different obstacles to overcome. Through tailoring my practice to meet the specific needs of every client, I can help you learn strategies to address your struggles and help you confidently plan for a better tomorrow.

I love to support my clients and stand by their sides as we work together to pinpoint the causes of the issues in their lives. In unison, you and I will work to remove negative behavioral and thought patterns that give rise to problems in your life, helping you to become a happier, more fulfilled couple. In years of investigating creativity and healing I came to learn that the creative process sparks spontaneity ,creativity and intuition into your life. It is my hope that you will tap on those resources and learn to access them in your daily life. My style is warm,compassionate,direct and collaborative.

Background

My passion for healing was present from a childhood. My authentic healing center led me through various incarnations. I studied acting and directing for my bachelor degree and worked as a director and actor for a few years until I found my calling in drama therapy. The use of theater arts and creativity in service of healing is the bedrock of my practice. I keep learning and growing constantly and enriching my practice from the wisdom various practices have to offer.

Training and Education

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration on drama therapy from CIIS university in San Francisco.

The following are some of the therapy trainings I have completed:

  • Therapeutic Spiral Model Psychodrama for PTSD-training for trainers
  • TEAM CBT Level 3 course
  • Somatic approaches for healing trauma
  • Body and Creativity in trauma healing Kink,
  • Nonmonogamy and BDSM,
  • Cinema Therapy

In my Free time

You can find me in the Krav Maga gym , riding my motorcycle and practicing Yoga.
