Hello! Whether you feel like you and your loved one are speaking two different languages, met a particularly difficult ‘bump’ in your couple life you’re not sure either one can swallow, or are considering some big changes in your relationship, seeking some support is a great idea.

I thrive in helping couples come back in relationship with one another and feel more like themselves while doing so. On the other hand, if you discover there is no more love, I can help you face together the dread, pain, and heartaches of transitioning out of your partnership. My philosophy is: whatever it takes to move out of the muck that is driving us all crazy, is a gift for everyone involved.

My approach to therapy is inspired by EFT, RLT and somatic therapy. My clients call me direct, involved, deeply caring and humorous. I am working with couples of all genders, sexual preferences, as well as consensually non-monogamous arrangements. You will not be judged here for the way you decide to explore life, on your own and together.

Background

Before choosing to become a therapist, I studied business administration, have been a pizza baker, Yoga teacher, movement coach and a conscious dance teacher and mentor. I lived in Belgium, South India, Peru, and California with people from all around the world. On this path I have met self-acceptance, a fierce love for life, and a deep sense of care for others. This atypical life is of great support to help me quickly meet my clients where they are at and where they are coming from, and not feeling shy to let them know if I don’t.

Training & Education

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I hold a master’s degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, as well as a master’s in business engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in Brussels.

I am a Soul Motion dance teacher and a Hatha Yoga teacher.

Personal Life

I love dancing, trying out new ways to challenge my patience and balance (currently on a slackline or rollerblades) and hanging out with friends.
