The Couples Center is looking to hire a therapist coordinator.

We are a mindfulness-oriented couples therapy company who is owned and run by a couple, both psychotherapists. We are on a mission to help people have thriving and fulfilling relationships that make them grow. We offer couples counseling, online courses and workshops serving California and beyond. We have been in business for over a decade and have worked with thousands of couples.

We would love to hire someone who is like-minded, self aware and prioritizes their mental health, and understands the importance of relationships.

We are a small team so your contribution would make a difference! We look for someone that is great with communication, warm, loving and welcoming, yet able to be direct and straightforward. You have to be a self starter, responsible, creative thinker and… interested and excited about our mission. Having a background in psychotherapy is a big advantage!

This is a long-term position where you will work directly with the owners of the company on a business and personal level. The job includes, but is not limited to:

• Recruiting new licensed and associate therapists – including, but not limited to advertising, making connections, and screening potential candidates.
• Following up with and supporting therapists
• Organizing trainings and meetings
• Outreach and collaboration with other people / organizations
• This position is remote
• 10-15 hours per week
