“The more connections you and your lover make, not just between your bodies, but between your minds, your hearts, and your souls, the more you will strengthen the fabric of your relationship, and the more real moments you will experience together.”

― Barbara De Angelis

It’s almost inevitable that routine eventually takes over romance. The dishes take over date night, childcare takes over adventure. Sometimes life can feel like you are just managing it, and somewhere in there is a relationship that you miss.

Connection and intimacy can feel so elusive. You probably tried at certain times to focus on each, making a commitment for regular dates nights or check ins. Yet, despite your best efforts, you still feel like you can’t find the same magic again.

What if there’s a way to create these moments of intimacy consciously, so it’s not just magic anymore?

Re-connecting is possible, even without spending a lot of time on it or taking an expensive vacation. There are opportunities for magic on a daily or weekly basis! In this workshop, you will learn that there are four types of creating connection, each one has its own flavor and ways of creating it. If you feel like you’re lacking intimacy with your partner, it’s like you succeed in some areas of relationship connection, while struggling in others.

Take the time to enjoy a special day centered around mindfulness and heart-based connections.

This workshop is an opportunity to slow down, focus on each other, and to consciously create a space that is both understanding and welcoming. You will explore various exercises that use mindfulness and the body-mind connection, so you practice, play and interact with your partner throughout the workshop. With each exercise and experience, you will develop tools that will continue to help you grow closer and be more intimate with your partner.

By the end of the day, you’ll know how to be more present and available to your partner by connecting to them from the heart and being your true self. You will also be able to reignite playfulness and enjoy a deeper sensuality within your relationship.

This workshop offers real, practical and useful tools to help you and your partner get back on track! Some of the things we’ll explore together are:

The magic moments you each have shared together, and how to have more of these moments, more often.
Learn and play with the four types of connection – from “I’m here for you” to “let’s play together.”
Learn and practice how to create a ritual of connection with your partner.
Learn to recognize hidden opportunities for connection and how to make use of them, even when you’re really busy.
