Kyle has helped many couples find relief from relationship issues including unskilled communication, unhealthy patterns and dynamics, intimacy issues, codependency, and cross-cultural issues. Her style is warm, receptive, and direct, creating a safe environment to help people reach their true relationship potential through slowing things down enough to understand each person’s moment-to-moment experiences. Her goal as a relationship counselor is to help couples have sustaining and satisfying relationships.

Kyle is passionate about helping couples of diverse backgrounds. She draws on her rich and diverse training in attachment theory and neuroscience from approaches including AEDP and EFT; and many years of experience to help individuals and couples struggling with relationship issues. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and she holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the California Institute for Integral Studies.
